Is this a building inspection?
No. This is a visual walkthrough, not a professional building or pest inspection. Our Locals check functional items (taps, switches, appliances), take comprehensive photos and video, and note anything that looks concerning. For structural, electrical, or pest issues, you should always engage a licensed inspector.
How quickly can I get a walkthrough done?
Standard walkthroughs are completed within 72 hours of booking, depending on property access availability. Urgent requests are prioritised within 48 hours for an additional fee.
What areas do you cover?

Can I request the same local for multiple properties?
