My Local Eyes provides an online marketplace connecting property buyers agents with trusted Locals who conduct on-the-ground property walkthroughs across Australia. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Our platform facilitates the booking and delivery of property walkthrough inspections. Walkthroughs are conducted by independent Locals and are intended as visual assessments only. They do not replace professional building inspections, pest inspections, or valuations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking. Fees are displayed clearly before confirmation. Refund policies apply where a walkthrough cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe.
5. Limitation of Liability
My Local Eyes provides a marketplace service only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of walkthrough reports. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific walkthrough in question.
